Anant Grewal has been working as a registered physiotherapist since 2012.

She has experience working in Alberta and Ontario and treats all ages and fitness levels.

Anant developed a passion for women’s health after having her baby in 2016. She understood the need for in-home pelvic floor physiotherapy services especially for new moms. This started her journey towards developing a company catering to women with pelvic floor dysfunctions.

Anant is certified in Pelvic floor Physiotherapy, Postpartum Corrective Exercise, Mulligan’s concept of Manual therapy, Neurodevelopmental Techniques, K-tape pro and Functional Dry Needling (IMS). She believes in adding value to each treatment session by using creative and individually tailored care plan to aide patients in their recovery. She is energetic and loves helping people through their recovery.

In her spare time Anant loves to read, paint, swim, travel and spend time with her family.
